Emeapark is located in the beautiful “Province of a Thousand Lakes,” Hubei. Founded in 2005, the company applied to become a general taxpayer enterprise in 2008 as the business developed. Subsequently, in 2009, through the joint efforts of all employees, it successfully passed the QS quality certification. The factory covers an area of 9,000 square meters.
The main plastic thermoforming packaging equipment includes: two large four-layer co-extrusion sheet machines, six high-speed forming machines, two multi-layer co-extrusion low-speed forming machines, three large double-station hydraulic cutting machines, five large-format servo stretch cup-making machines, one positive and negative pressure multi-station machine, along with peripheral auxiliary equipment, etc.
Our company is a professional plastic thermoforming packaging factory that produces PP (polypropylene) materials suitable for food contact. The company’s main business involves custom disposable tableware, covering takeout packaging, modified atmosphere packaging for fresh produce, frozen product packaging, and ready-to-eat pre-made meal packaging, among others.
The company’s annual output of thermoformed products reaches approximately 6,000 tons. Related application industries include disposable polypropylene plastic eco-friendly tableware, fresh-keeping boxes, fruit boxes, braised pork bowls, tofu containers, fresh vegetable trays, pastry and biscuit food trays, various material cup lids, bowl lids, and single-color or dual-color PP plastic sheets.
